At Lyceum Academy, we are committed to providing quality education and the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy explains how refunds work for our online and offline courses.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 1 day (24 hours) of course purchase.
  • The student has not completed or accessed more than 10% of the course content.
  • The student faces technical issues (such as login or course access errors) that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The refund request is made after 1 day of purchase.
  • The student has completed or viewed a significant portion of the course.
  • The issue arises from user error, device incompatibility, or poor internet connectivity.
  • The course was purchased under a discount, offer, or special bundle (these are non-refundable).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@lyceumacademy.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Course Name]”.
  2. Include your name, registered email ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Course Cancellation by Lyceum Academy

If a course is canceled or discontinued by Lyceum Academy, enrolled students will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to another course of equal value.
